You're right, it does have a faerie quality about it, doesn't it? Hadn't notice until you mentioned it! I think it is a lovely hat too and am thinking it might not be for sale for a good bit.
A wonderfully impish woman purchased this hat. She looked so happy when she put it on. I hope that much happy stays with her whenever she wears it. I'll miss this hat.
